WordPress How to Make a Website with WordPress Customizing WordPress Themes Customizing WordPress Theme Files

Changing HTML

You have shown us how to make changes to the CSS and PHP but not HTML. I don't see an html file in the parent theme to copy into the child theme to make changes.

Hi Oliver,

HTML is included within the .php files rather than separately so it may not be obvious at first.

If you're looking to learn HTML specifically though I'd recommend something like the Web Design track or, if you'd prefer, pick the individual courses you'd like in the HTML library.

Hope that helps.
