Changing layout size back to default is different to video?

Hi,

So in this video Pasan is changing the layout from iPhone 4.7-inch back to the Inferred option. This causes my layout to go very narrow, while Pasans layout goes wide. This is causing everything to be different to the video. Is anyone able to guide me on how to fix this or set a custom size that is the dimensions that Pasan is using in the video?

I believe the dimensions are 600 x 600 if you are having this problem too...

Unsure as to why the default would be different though
