CSS How to Make a Website Customizing Colors and Fonts Write Hexadecimal Colors

Changing paragraph color to black on Challenge.

Have to change paragraph color to black I wrote this: p { color: #111; }

Why is this wrong?

Hi Mathew,

111 might look black to you and me but #000 or #000000 is the hex value for black.

The hex for black is #000 What you have is almost black...just a tad lighter ;)
