Chatbot from scratch

Hi,

I want to create a rule based chatbot and deploy it online, the course that you currently have on chatbot uses Watson API which costs if you want to have more than 1,000 users a month. I want to create a chatbot using python from scratch and deploy it online, what do you recommend?

Hey @Shukran Ali I am personally not too familiar with chat bots, BUT I did find this list of alternatives to Watson Conversation and many of which seem to be free. Maybe you'll find what you need there!
