Child does not override Parent? Why?

Made changes to style.css, uploaded style.css using FileZilla but no colour change of navigation bar on website. What could I possibly be doing wrong?

Hi Raqibul,

If you are using a child theme and are trying overriding the styles with it, the issue might be css specificity.

Please post your code so we can have a better understanding of the issue.

Figured this out, clearing the browsing history and cache helped solve the problem!!
