Chrome keeps adding to my box sizing.

I don't see anywhere that I can upload an image of the issues I'm having with Chrome Developer Tools. Chrome keeps adding to my box sizing. I'm not showing the same numbers as you are. I've typed everything the way you had it and not sure why this is happening.
