When I click on portfolio image it didn't pass me to Portfolio Triangle page instead it gives me empty page with an message: "Sorry, no posts matched you criteria." .Any hint for that problem?

22,831 Pointscan u go to the permalinks page and change the permalink into default and press save. After that change it back to post name again and save.
Now try to click your image again and it should work.
Wordpress has some issues with the permalinks sometimes, so sometime's your pages or posts dont work this is one of the methods that works most of the time for me:)
