I think it is important to make sure all concerns are addressed before taking anymore action. This will save you time and money. Do you agree or have a different take?

Totally agree! You should make your client feel comfortable with the work he is about to pay. Honesty is always expected in normal business, great business is about building trust!

Hi John Mutch, and sorry for my answer being a little late to your remarks, but I'd like to point out something that I believe is important.

IMHO, what he means by "Peter agrees with a little of worry" (not with "concerns", i.e.: not plural, and not referring to the things that worry him, but to his own worry about something, if you see what I mean by distinguishing that), is to add some humor (which has been all over the place, not only with the music and the facial expressions of Peter, but also through the other videos, and I feel it's positive, because it lightens and relaxes the things enough to learn by enjoying). And the worry comes from the quote, not from the design ("He talks over the details, gives Peter a deadline and the quote."), that's why is humorous, but should not be a concern for us.

agreed.
