PHP Build a Basic PHP Website (2018) Adding a Basic Form Redirecting After a Form Submission

Mrs.Alena mentioned that we should not send anything to the browser before the "redirect" or the "header" command. but there is an "echo" statement (echo $email_body:)before the "header" command.

Please explain this.
