There are two ways you can do this...
for number in 1...10{
println(" 7 X \(number) = \(number * 7)")
}
Or like this
let numbers = [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10]
for number in numbers{
println(" 7 X \(number) = \(number * 7)")
}
