HTML How to Make a Website HTML First Use HTML Elements

code validation not working

I can't get past this extra-rudimentary code challenge due to the code validator in "workspaces" identifying this as an improperly constructed meta tag declaring the character set. Anyone have any suggestions?

This is the code I tried to post in my comment section but it cut it off.

Just forget it, apparently you can't put more than one line of code in your #%*! answer!
