Commands not working on apple desktop computer. Im on Safari.

Cmd+Option+C is for safari. However, its not working!

Hi there!!

I am assuming you haven't enabled the Safari dev tools yet. Go to Safari Preferences => Advanced and make sure the 'Show Develop in the menu bar' checkbox is checked. If it isn't the commands will not work for you.
