A condition either evaluates to true or false. For example:

var rainingOut = true

if rainingOut {
     rollUpCarWindows()
} else {
     rolldownCarWindows()
}

or.....

while rainingOut{
    workOnProject()
    rainingOut = checkForRain()
}

Note, the while loop will run until checkForRain returns false. In that case, you will break out of the while loop.
