CSS The Rails Asset Pipeline and Styling Sass and Rails Reorganize SCSS

Confused. I completed the Rails ODOT, but this project is not the same. This uses Foundation, not Bootstrap for one.

So, I worked through the ODOT project - which version of the ODOT project is this using and why does the Rails track use Bootstrap and this one Foundation. Super confused.
