Connecting AI to other platforms

Lets say i want to use an AI Bot to answer my email or website chat. Is the procedure similiar?

Great question! The most popular way to build an AI model based on your email or organization-specific data is via LangChain (https://python.langchain.com/en/latest/). For instance you can use the LangChain Gmail toolkit (https://python.langchain.com/en/latest/modules/agents/toolkits/examples/gmail.html) to import your Gmail.
