Convert black jpg/png logo to white?

Can't seem to achieve this what seems like a simple task.

Illustrator and Photoshop CS5.

Thanks!

If it's black on transparent, you can simply invert it. You can do this in AI by selecting your object, then going to Edit > Edit Colors > Invert Colors. In Photoshop it's Image > Adjustments > Invert, or Ctr+I. If the background is not transparent, let me know and I'll tell you another way to do it.

Got it. I used one of the settings in Photoshop to adjust the color.

Cheers.

My backgorund is not transparent :( Can I learn the other way?
