Android Coding an Options Menu

Could not find com.android.tools.build:aapt2:3.3.2-5309881.

When I try and run the code on the emulator with out doing anything it fails with the error "Could not find com.android.tools.build:aapt2:3.3.2-5309881." When I follow the video it fails for the same reason when Ben asks to run the app

Hi Evan. Make sure you have the google() repository in your build.gradle (Project) file.

buildscript {
       repositories {
        google()   // here
        jcenter()
    }
    // (...)
}

allprojects {
    repositories {
        google()    // and here
        jcenter()
    }
}
  // (...)
