could not run jdk file

btw mc has 64 bit operating system. my laptop is Lenovo y50-70 with windows 8.1 installed. I don't know why cant I run this jdk file

A more detailed explanation of your problem would be helpful. What is the exact error you encountered? What version of the JDK are you installing and do you have any other Java installations running on your computer? Right off the bat I might suggest re-downloading the files as they may have been corrupted during download.
