"Couldn't connect to host" shows up when trying to run the patch.

I have tried running the "curl -L trhou.se/patch01 | bash" command several times and it returns the same message. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Interesting... Have you tried again recently? I'd also double or triple check the URL (trhou.se/patch01) you're using there. That error message implies a networking or connection problem, which you are unlikely to have in a virtual console.

I launched the console from this video and copied in the command you have here and it worked as expected.

Thanks for the reply Austin. Tried it again today and it seems to be working properly.
