create variable of treehouse

I'm not able to create the variable of treehouse for task 2. thanks for your help

name.py 
name = 'diane dalin'
name = 'tree'
if name == "tree':
   print'name+"house"

I see my error. I was still using name, instead of calling the variable treehouse! Seems so simple
