Creating a Street sign scaning app

HI There everyone, I've started to create this app, and I've been using core ml files but there's one thing i want to add on to the app which I can not figure out which is i want to add descriptions to each sign that is scanned so when you scan a 2 hour parking sign it will say a description of what the sign does, and this would be different for each one and i was wondering if any one could help me with this
