In this video you create the new managed object using the following:

let item = NSEntityDescription.insertNewObject(forEntityName: "Item", into: managedObjectContext) as! Item

I've seen managed objects also be created like:

let item = Item(context: managedObjectContext)

Is there any difference between those two ways of initializing a new managed object?
