CSS not showing when I 'inspect element' - why?

I'm currently working my way through the Wordpress tutorials. When selecting 'Inspect Element' for the footer of my website, the 'Elements' appear as highlighted in the tutorial. But the CSS html doesn't appear to the right of the Elements and there is no icon to get it to appear.

How do I access the CSS html alternatively?

Thanks :)

When you have the inspector open in Safari there should be an icon at the far right, which when you hover over it will say "Show the details sidebar". Click that button! (I would give you a screenshot but I can't figure out how to attach it to this answer.)
