CSS RGB value quiz, stuck on question

i can't do a question In the rgb function, the value rgb(_____________ , _____________ , ______________ ) represents 100% white, while the value rgb(__________ , _____________ ,______________ ) represents 100% black.

In RGB colouring the highest value is 255 and it equals white. So, rgb(255, 255, 255) is white and rgb(0,0,0) is black. Refer to this link for a clearer understanding: http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css_colors.asp.
