I assume this is based on whichever style guide you have specified in eslint. Whoever wrote the style guide probably decided it is best practice to separate each component out into different modules for clarity and ease of maintenance.

Put each of your components in their own file with the same name as the component in title case. At the bottom of each file write export default ComponentName. Then in your index.js file import each component by writing import ComponentName from './ComponentName'.
