Developing this app

Hi, new to developing and I was curious if anyone can point me in the direction of how to develop an app with this sort of documenting data and displaying it in a drop down text field. What sort of things do I need to explore? Is this a tableview? Not quite sure what to google to find out how to do something like the layout in this app video. Thanks and I appreciate any direction
