Hey Andy,

If you're trying to follow along with the CSS videos, you can use the Lorem Ipsum text, you can write your own text, or even copy/ paste from any website! I used all three methods depending on what my mood was at the time. =) It doesn't really matter what text you use as long as you understand the concepts. Good luck!
