didnt understand the task

i understand that the totalscore need to be 9. so why the code that i write is not good?

You almost got it. First, it asks for a constant, so you have to use "let" instead of "var." Second, it asks you to use the increment operator, so use "++initialScore" instead of "initialScore + 1"
