Difference between list() and creating a []

Hi,

I am getting a different answer when I create the vowel as a list directly i.e vowel = ['aeiou']. Could you please let me know the reason for the impact?

in your example, vowel = ['aeiou'], you are creating a list with one element 'aeiou'

the equivalent to list("aeiou") is ['a', 'e', 'i', 'o', 'u']
