Difference b/w Object and Instance

Somebody please explain, What is the difference between an Object of Class and an Instance of a class:-) ?

There is no difference at all, an instance of a class is an object. That is, creating an instance of a class means creating an object from a class.

Class == Blueprint for objects
Instance of class == Object
Object == Instance of class
Object == Instance
