Differences of Caption,Tag,Description in a Photo attributes

If you could mention what are the differences among tag,description, when already have uploaded a photo in a WordPress editor and apear these photo attributes.

Seems that caption is text appears under the photo but for the rest if you could explain the differences with caption.
