You can create servers in many ways, You can even configure your own laptop to act as a server, or assemble your PC and make it act as a server. There are also High computing power servers that we can see in data centers which are fixed in server racks and stacked together.

Haven't watched the video, but I believe some servers are used for different things or are setup differently.
