Trying to do all that Kenneth perform in the video in PyCharm, but receive the error when inspect page about layout.css

Please help me to understand what i am doing wrong.

Can you post some of the files that were covered in the video.

Such as the urls.py file and the layout.html

Also be sure that your assets folder exists inside your project folder.
