Do i have to learn http basics before going through this?

Im going through C# basics and she mentioned in the previous video that http basics is useful in the course or something, so is it smart to go through that first or can i just continue having learned all the previous courses in C# basics?

If your interest in C# is entirely unrelated to web apps, you could try just forging ahead. If you find yourself getting bogged down by HTML references you might consider taking some of those courses at that time.
