Do I need gulpjs to use flexbox?

I am kind of confused as to what gulpjs is and its relationship with flexbox or dependency on it. If anyone can explain that would be very helpful.

I don't think there's any relationship, unless you just happen to be using gulp in a project that involves flexbox. Gulp is a purely generic workflow optimizing tool.

And I've used flexbox in projects where gulp was not even installed.
