Why does this course assume that people know what Cpanel is? How do I access it? I tried downloading it but not sure what to do here.

28,148 PointsCpanel is very common software you'll find that web hosts install on their server, to give you a spot to manage your website on their server. Plesk is another option you'll see around.
Cpanel is not something you download, rather just use. If you're having trouble logging into your cPanel dashboard, contact your web host support team, and they should be able to help you.
