HTML How to Make a Website HTML First Use HTML Elements

Document Root

I'm taking one of the quizzes and it is telling me to make sure to define the HMTL tag for the document root. I'm having trouble understanding this.

Hi Robert,

What it is talking about is making sure that the after the doctype description that the first element you add is the <html> tag. HINT: Make sure to close the tag.

Hope it helps, Craig
