Does anybody know any good and cheap voip reseller provider in order to build voip calling service via an app ?

I am looking for a voip reseller provider something like https://www.bestvoipreselling.com/calling_rates/ but with better margins for better profit , for example this company http://www.globalfreecall.com/rates/calling-rates offer much cheaper calls than the reseller provider above !
