Does implementing bootstrap in your layout remove the need for media queries?

I was just wondering because media queries can be very cumbersome at times. Thanks!

Bootstrap is designed to be responsive, so if it is used correctly you would not be likely to need any media queries, and perhaps very little other custom CSS either.

What?! Of course, you're going to have to use custom CSS, Bootstrap doesn't design the site for you....

What I meant was that you might implement most of your design using Bootstrap classes instead of CSS.
