Don't you guys think we deserve some medals or trophies for our hard work learning?

HI guys I think this is a great concept as it would make us be more motivated and show us more love for our work here, don't you agree? I mean come on who wouldn't want an esteem boost?

Click on your profile and look at your badges. There's your trophies. The system is already in place. And on the community screen you can look at the leaderboards :)

I suppose people are different but for me, I feel that looking at points and medals gives me a false sense of achievement. The danger is that you can end up chasing the next trophy instead of committing to working on your own project, which is were the real learning starts.
