WordPress How to Build a WordPress Theme Content Strategy with WordPress Adding Custom Content to the Site

Downloaded project files. I cannot make sense of what I should build?

I thought this was a portfolio project for allisongrayce.com? The associated files in the project do not reflect this.

We are using example/dummy content for the portfolio pieces, not actual work from Allison herself. The content we provide is more meant as placeholder or example content so we can focus on the coding. Does that make sense?

You can see them all applied here in the example project: http://wptreehouse.com/portfolio-project/

I understood that somewhat, except the samples of work for the portfolio, in Level 1: Content Strategy, WP where do all those image files go witin this project? I am use to looking a HTML prototype that demonstrates the user flow. These are random image files and I'd assume they go into an image folder within the WP file system. We just installed and set it up in Level 1. Thanks
