Courses Plus Student 696 PointsDownloading to Workspace: nothing appeared in the black field when I tried to drag the files into the space. What next?
When I attempted to follow the directions and move downloaded files from my file folder to the Workspace dark area on the left, nothing appeared. I tried this several times, even closing and reopening Workspace. Recommendations?

You have to extract the download file and drag it one by one. Make sure you try with other browsers too.

Courses Plus Student 696 PointsKlaudia, maybe you did what I was doing wrong: I forgot to unzip the file before I tried to drag them into the black field. Once I unzipped it, it worked fine. Best of luck!
