downloading tracks on a pc?

Does anyone know a simple way to download entire tracks on a pc? Thanks in advance!

You just need to pick a course for example "how to make a website" (https://teamtreehouse.com/library/how-to-make-a-website)

On the right there is a Itunes Feed you need Apple Itunes and after you have opened the course in Itunes you just need to click on "Feed" and start downloading all of them.
