drag and drop doesn't work on windows and add a folder doesn't work on chromebook

when I move the images over to the drag and drop area, it highlights but the images never load, while working on a Windows desktop. I have added the images using a chromebook laptop, but when I go to add a new folder, the new folder never appears even though the action has been completed. Any thoughts as to what's happening?

Maybe the download didn't download properly so the pics are corrupted. Try downloading the file again. if it still doesn't work drag the pics 1 by 1.

Thanks. I've worked on two different computers and found a work around by downloading the file again, as you suggested, and then right clicking to upload each image individually. Thanks for the help.
