I sign up to get a new domain name and and only receive my invoice but i didn't receive the mail with all the informations. How can I do please ?

Strange. Where will you host the domain name via wordpress or you have already bought some hosting elsewhere? If you only buy the domain the company should at least send you the name space (ns) details. Did you check up with them?
