Error: 1018 SQLSTATE: HY000 (ER_CANT_READ_DIR), when setting up User on phpmyadmin

Im stuck when setting up the user for my database, when i try to save, it shows this

1018 - Can't read dir of 'C:\xampp\mysql\lib\plugin\'

(errorno: 2 "No such file or directory ")

can anyone solve this? thanks

Got this info from another site and it worked :)...

'Just create the missing folders 'C:\xampp\mysql\lib\plugin\' and it should work'
