I am getting the following error and am not sure why. Error: Are you setting a path that links to the section of the page with the id 'portfolio'?

Please help as soon as possible.

Hi there. briellemclean! You're doing terrific, but you've altered something you weren't supposed to and didn't alter something you were supposed to. You added the # to the id "portfolio" for the h1 element, but you were supposed to alter the link ( <a href="") in the list item two lines above that. I would expect to see the id of the h1 as "portfolio" without the "#" and the link should have an href attribute equal to "#portfolio".

Hope this helps! :sparkles:
