Error "Cannot find VM Options file" when opening Android Studio?

So I am trying to install Android studio on my PC. i am running a 64-bit PC on windows 7. I have installed the JDK file for 64-bit that was in the description. I also followed the same steps that you did throughout the video but now when i run the 64-bit i get the error "Cannot Find VM Options File". I tried running the normal Android Studio and not the 64-bit one but still the same error?
