error in cyber duck. cannot connect.

It says DNS lookup has failed. Im not sure how to proceed. Please help!

try using your server's ip address instead of using the name of your domain. That will allow you to bypass DNS.

thank you! I did this and was able to connect. Now there is no file with my domain name like it says there should be in the video. Im supposed to upload my workspaces to this file and it doesnt exist. Any ideas?
