Error message. PLEASE HELP

Since 2 or 3 days ago I am receiving this error message on every single exercise: "There was a problem connecting to the Code Challenge Engine: Timeout Error. If this problem persists, please contact support at help@teamtreehouse.com".

I am using the latest MacBook Pro version in the market. So I know that this is not something with my computer. And I have been here on the same exercise for the last 30 minutes clicking on Check Work to check whether what I am doing is right or not and the same message came up.

use a text editor on your macbook to see if it works and that the code is 100% at this stage that is all you need to worry about.

however I would submit a ticket to the tech team who could use their expertise to help you out.

but dont miss out on time, keep learning as I am pretty sure you can come back to the challenges.

forgot to add, there are freak error pop ips in all software so just wait it out and remember that this error can only help make workspace more reliable. ;)

Great my friend, thanks.

Because if I do not complete those challenges I can not receive the badges.

no problem, always happy to help whem I can.
